POPL requirements and submission

To simplify conference management and provide a seamless experience for attendees, we will require each co-located event, whether SIGPLAN-sponsored or not, to use POPL-designated management and registration services, to provide wireless internet access, and to cover a pro-rated portion of the conference-negotiated costs of these services in its budget.

In addition, we will require all events to cover their share of the costs for common continental breakfast, mid-morning, and afternoon snack breaks (as appropriate for the time of day that the event is scheduled).

Other meals (e.g., lunch or dinner) and services (e.g., audio-visual equipment) are at the discretion of each event and will be charged to the event at conference-negotiated rates. These options must be coordinated with the workshop chair.
